Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Vanguard Food and Beverage Thynk Tank Last Updated: 5/2/2025 Booking Policy To secure consulting services with Vanguard Food and Beverage Thynk Tank (“VF&BT²”), the following guidelines apply: Consultation Requests: All services must be booked at least 7 business days in advance via email, online request form, or phone. Confirmation & Payment: The balance is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom Projects: For tailored programs (e.g., full-service audits, menu development, staff training), timelines and payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans may change. Please see our cancellation and rescheduling terms below: Standard Services 72+ Hours Notice: Full refund of deposit or no penalty for rescheduling. 48–72 Hours Notice: 50% of the deposit will be retained; remaining balance refunded or applied to reschedule. Less Than 48 Hours: Deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be subject to a fee of 25% of the total service fee. Custom Projects No-Show Policy Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be billed in full for the service scheduled. Force Majeure Vanguard Food and Beverage Thynk Tank shall not be held liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, emergencies).
